1. Data Protection at a Glance
Who we are and what we process
We are a purely informational website and only process personal data to the extent technically necessary. This website does not use tracking tools, analysis services (such as Google Analytics), external fonts (which would reveal your IP address), or advertising networks.
2. Hosting and Server Log Files
We host the content of our website on servers provided by the following supplier:
OVHcloud (OVH Groupe SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France).
Server location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the provider mentioned above. This contract is required under data protection law and ensures that the provider processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in strict compliance with the GDPR.
The provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to the server. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- Your current IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. This data collection is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and security of their website – for this purpose, server log files must be recorded (as protection against cyberattacks).

4. Cookies & TDDDG Declaration
100% Cookieless: This website completely refrains from using cookies or comparable local storage technologies in the user's browser. No tracking, analysis, or session cookies are set. Since no storage access requiring consent takes place in accordance with § 25 TDDDG, we do not use a "cookie banner".
5. SSL or TLS Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the change in the browser address line from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. This prevents data you enter from being read by third parties.
6. Inquiries by Email or Phone
If you contact us by email or phone (e.g., for a table reservation), your inquiry including all resulting personal data (name, phone number, email address, requested date) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
This data is processed based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request is related to the performance of a contract (booking/catering). In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) in the prompt processing of inquiries or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) if requested.
Storage period: The data you send to us will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g., after the table reservation has been completed). Mandatory statutory retention periods (especially under tax and commercial law) remain unaffected.
7. Your Rights under the GDPR
Even with minimal data processing, you are legally entitled to the following rights:
- Information, deletion, correction, restriction: You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR). You also have the right to demand the correction (Art. 16), restriction of processing (Art. 18), or deletion (Art. 17) of this data.
- Revocation of your consent: Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke any consent already given at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You have the right to have your data handed over to you in a machine-readable format.
- Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You can object to the data processing at any time if there are special reasons arising from your particular situation.
Right to lodge a complaint: In the event of infringements of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
